Returns & Refunds
RETURNS
Any goods shipped from stock can be returned up to 14 days after receipt of order. All items must be returned unused, in as new condition and in the original packaging.
Any goods that have been ordered in especially for a customer cannot be returned.

Either put a copy of the Invoice or Delivery Note in with the return or include a note with the Invoice/Delivery Note number. If the items are expensive consider using a trackable shipping service.
REFUNDS
Once return is received a refund will be made and an email confirmation sent. Outbound and/or Return shipping costs are not refundable unless specifically agreed by ourselves. Processing times can vary between banks, if you think the refund is late please check with your bank or card company.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
If goods arrive damaged or faulty you must notify us within seven days of receipt.
Notification must include photographs of:
- Damage to goods
- Damage to outer carton
- Damage to internal packaging
- Picture of fault if reporting a faulty item
- Picture of DPD/FedEx shipping label

Assuming we agree about the damage or fault we will either send free of charge replacements or refund the cost.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer an exchange service. Just return any unwanted items within 14 days of receipt then place another order for the correct items.
